About Michael
Michael Ng
Born in the regional NSW town of Nowra, Michael has been a Newington resident for over 20 years and attended Newington Public School. He is passionate about local issues and will be a strong advocate for residents. After graduating from the University of Sydney with Honours, Michael worked in his family business for many years before moving into the government and corporate sectors.
Michael is the Immediate Past President of the Lions Club of Sydney Pacific and Past District Zone 1 Chairperson. He is a former Ambassador for Walk for Respect and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
